  • For each additional guest, we charge 15.- € per night.
  • Pets have to be mentioned at booking time.
  • Dogs are only allowed in the apartments on the ground floor. We charge 10.- € per pet per night.
  • washing machine and clothes dryer at a charge of 4.- € per load.

During Easter holidays ( 23/3 - 16/4 ) and In the peak season (30/04-31/10 and 22/12-05/01) minimum of 4 nights are generally possible.

We have a surcharge of 40.- €/booking for bookings of less than 6 nights during these periods.

Nevertheless, a phone call or an e-mail is always worthwhile, as we often have periods of 1-3 days between existing bookings.

Price per night does not include cleaning fees.
Bedding and towels provided.

ApartmentAmenities

A kitchen with a freezer/refrigerator combination, oven, coffeemaker and toaster are standard, and most kitchens have a dishwasher.

Garden furniture and barbeque utensils are available upon request.

All Apartment, apart from the ground floor Apartment "AM Park," "Parkblick" and "Fuchsbau," have a woodburning stove. Naturally, this in addition to the central heating.

All Apartment are equiped with flat screen TV.

All Apartment have an Internet connection.
